01

Build the capacity mix from demand

Separate residential turnover, larger-room demand and light-commercial projects. A new distributor may prefer fewer platforms and deeper quantity per SKU, while an established importer may need a broader assortment.

02

Validate every pair

Confirm that indoor and outdoor units, remotes, accessories and cartons are paired correctly. Use a model-level loading list rather than estimating container quantity from a generic product family.

03

Reserve service support

Agree the spare-parts list before production. Typical planning topics include control boards, sensors, remotes, fan motors and service documentation, but the correct bundle depends on the selected platform and local service network.

04

Check packaging and season timing

Confirm carton marks, language, barcode, energy label and brand presentation. Work backward from the destination selling season and include production, inspection, booking and transit time in the plan.

05

RFQ information that improves accuracy

Send target quantities by capacity, inverter or fixed-speed preference, refrigerant, power supply, certification requirements, packaging language, destination port and desired shipment window.
