Why a price list is not published

Air conditioner export prices are quoted against an order, not against a catalogue. Two units described as the same capacity class can differ in compressor platform, refrigerant, coil treatment, panel, power supply, packing and branding, and every one of those differences moves the cost. A published list would also go out of date within a season, because component and freight costs move faster than a web page can be updated. So the practical question is not where to download a Shinco air conditioner price list, but how to describe an order well enough that a supplier can price it at model level in the first reply.

02

The six fields that make a request priceable

Most first enquiries are too short to answer properly, which is why they come back as a request for more information instead of a quotation. Six fields do most of the work: where the goods are going, how much of each capacity you expect to sell, which operating technology you want, what power the site uses, which documents the market requires, and whose brand goes on the finished unit. Send those six and a supplier can usually return a model-level offer without a second round of questions. Leave them out and the reply can only be a general range, which cannot be compared with a competing offer.

  • Destination country, port and expected shipment month
  • Capacity mix with quantities, for example how many units in each BTU band
  • Inverter or fixed-speed preference, and whether both should be quoted
  • Voltage, frequency and plug standard at the installation site
  • Certification or energy labelling the destination market requires
  • Branding: Shinco branded units, or OEM private label under your own name
03

How to describe capacity so offers can be compared

Capacities are normally written in BTU classes, and the same room can be covered by more than one class depending on climate and insulation, so a request that only says 1.5 ton leaves the selection open. State the classes you want priced and the ambient conditions at the site, because design temperature affects which platform is suitable for the market. If you are replacing an existing programme, send the model code you buy today, since a supplier can match the closest platform on the current series range instead of starting from capacity alone. Ask for the model code behind every price line, so two offers can be compared line by line rather than by headline number.

04

Container and loading data belong in the same request

Price and loading are decided together in this category, because cost per unit depends on how many units fit in the container you are paying for. A mixed cargo of wall-mounted splits and floor-standing units loads differently from a single-series order, and carton dimensions, gross weight and stacking rules decide the final quantity. Ask for loading quantity per 40HQ and per 20GP for the exact mix you requested, together with carton data and weights, so the plan can be checked against your own warehouse and inland transport limits. Our wall-mounted split air conditioners page shows the current series in that category, and the same loading logic applies to the other categories listed on this site.

05

Certification, branding and packing items that move the price

Certification is market-specific, so an approval held for one destination does not automatically cover another, and the answer depends on the exact model and the document required. Branding is the second variable: Shinco branded cartons and front panels follow the brand artwork, while an OEM private-label order needs your logo files, carton design and manual language before production can be scheduled. Power supply variant and plug type are often the cheapest items to get wrong and the most expensive to correct after shipment. Anything not yet fixed for a specific model is answered as confirmed with the quotation, so the offer you sign carries its own stated basis.

How to send the request and what to expect back

You can send the six fields through the RFQ form on this site, by email to info@shinco-air.com, or by WhatsApp on +86 153 4228 1855. A useful reply names the model code, capacity basis, climate class, voltage and frequency, refrigerant, certification position and branding, and it separates what is fixed from what still has to be confirmed. Check the reply against our Shinco model list to confirm which series you were quoted, and read the market page for your destination, because the climate and power supply context there explains part of the selection. Treat any figure that is not written on the proforma invoice as a planning number rather than a commitment, which is the same rule set out in our guide on verifying a Shinco air conditioner quotation.
